Waste and Contaminated Land

The Environment and Heritage Service investigate complaints regarding illegal deposit of waste and enforce the Duty of Care Regulations relating to the proper means of storage, movement and disposal of such waste.

The Borough council will initiate remediation measures to remove/reduce the consequence of such a disposal
