All Island Business Competition

Dungannon & South Tyrone Borough Council’s Economic Development section would like to inform local businesses of Intertrade Ireland’s Seedcorn Business Competition.
This competition is an active response to the bridge the gap that exists for early stage/start up funding for businesses in Ireland. In a drive to promote equity culture in Ireland they are offering €100,000 for the best Seedcorn business and six other regional prizes of €20,000. In addition this year there is a €10,000 discretionary prize for ventures stemming from University spin-puts or platform programmes.
Competition entrants are required to submit their business plans by 30th September 2005 and following several regional finals, the overall final will take place in Dublin on 6th December 2005.
