Our People, Our Times Exhibition at Ranfurly House

An exhibition on migration entitled "Our People, Our Times" opens in Ranfurly House, Dungannon on Wednesday 11th June.

Our People, Our Times explores migration into and across the province - from the earliest settlement at Mount Sandel to the present day. Celts, Christian missionaries, Vikings, Anglo-Normans, Planters and Scots entering Ulster each influenced our culture - as did Travellers and Jewish, Italian, Indian, Chinese and other migrants who are part of the population we now know. The Exhibition is on loan from the Northern Ireland Museums Council.

The exhibition will continue to 28th of July from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, and on Sundays from 2pm-6pm.

Ends....
