Excitement is revving up amongst rally fans as they prepare for two stages of Rally Ireland which pass through the Clogher Valley later this month. To ensure you catch this entire super fast, breath taking sport, the Valley Hotel in Fivemiletown will host a live screening of the final stage between 1-2pm and viewers will have the chance to win an exclusive Rally Ireland jacket in a free prize draw!!
Rally Ireland World Rally Championships takes place from 15th to 18th November 2007, commencing with a Super Special Stage at Parliament buildings in Belfast and with Special Stages throughout the beautiful north-western counties of the island.
The event will pass through Dungannon and South Tyrone's Clogher Valley on Sunday 18th November:
- Special Stage 17 Murley starts 9.03am
- Special Stage 18 Fardross start 9.51am
The Mayor of Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council, Cllr Barry Monteith is looking forward to having Rally Ireland in this part of the province. He said:
"Rallying has a huge following in our Borough and I'm sure the Rally Ireland team will be delighted with the turnout at these events. The stages in Clogher Valley will add to a very successful year of events here in Dungannon and South Tyrone."
