RTE 2FM ROADCASTER COMES TO DUNGANNON!

RTE 2FM will broadcast the hugely popular All Request Lunch Show LIVE from Dungannon's Market Square this Friday 17th August as the town prepares for Northern Irelands first Flight of the Earls festival.
Broadcasting favourite Ruth Scott will play all your favourite hits from 12 noon to 2pm and will keep listeners up to date with all plans for the festival which includes a free outdoor concert with live music from Frances Black and More Power to Your Elbow.
Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council Mayor Barry Monteith is pleased to have the opportunity to promote the festival at such a high level and is delighted to welcome 2 FM to Dungannon:
"We are looking forward to informing the people all across Ireland of how we in Dungannon plan to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Flight of the Earls. The festival really has something for everyone, from rock music, to traditional Irish and Ulster Scots music and dance and numerous activities that all the family can enjoy over a five day period."
