HAVE YOUR SAY ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE SOUTH WEST
Translink is inviting public transport passengers in the Dungannon, Craigavon and Enniskillen areas to become members of the South Western Translink Ulsterbus Passenger Group.
The Passenger Group meets with local Translink representatives three times a year to discuss service performance, offering a plaftorm to raise any concerns, suggestions and comments on the local public transport network. Translink is seeking members of the public who can provide honest and informed feedback.
Maura Gallagher, Translink, says that meetings offer passengers a great opportunity to help improve local service:
“At each meeting, members will be given the chance to talk frankly and openly about the service and how it might be improved. We ask members to fill in a brief questionnaire about their personal travel experience and this information can quickly bring to our attention any issues that need to be addressed. Informal meetings are held once every 4 months October, February and June and are chaired by an independent person. I would encourage regular Translink passengers who are concerned with the development of local Ulsterbus services to apply for membership.”
Anyone interested in becoming a South Western Translink Ulsterbus Passenger Group member should contact Maura Gallagher, Translink, tel. 028 9089 9476. or email maura.gallagher@translink.co.uk.
